People want to know why they should pick a particular real estate agent. I like to keep it simple: track record and passion. First, my team gets sales closed for prices that no one else can. When we represent sellers we often set price records. When we represent buyers we save record amounts. And in those cases where we represent the buyer and seller at the same time (dual agency), the buyers get the home they covet and the seller's NET proceeds meet or exceed what they would have gotten otherwise. Second, there is NOTHING more exciting for me than a challenging negotiation or scooping up a deal for a client. My reputation as a deal maker means I save you money when you purchase a new home and I get you top dollar when you sell.

BACKGROUND:  Michael is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is an innovator in the field of New Business Development. He has 20 years of Sales Management, Business Development and Strategic Partnership experience. He has always been the person tasked with figuring out how to drive the most sales into the shortest period of time with the least expense. 

In 2001 Michael developed a unique customer acquisition process called "The Method for the Establishment of Cooperative Marketing Groups". Using this strategy and a meager $1000 marketing budget, his company attracted over 50,000 Twin Cities subscribers to its service. 

Based on the success of these strategies, Michael was favorably profiled in a wide variety of local media, written up in Entrepreneur Magazine and featured in the book, "Maximum Marketing, Minimum Dollars – The 50 Best Things You Can Do To Grow Your Small Business," by Kim T. Gordon, one of the country‘s foremost experts on small-business marketing. 

Michael is also an active real estate investor and a licensed real estate broker who helps people acquire amazing homes and manage profitable real estate investments.
